African Photography Organization is a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) with a mission to display the beauty of Africa through photos, enabling Africans to express themselves and display their beautiful countries and continent.
The African Photography Competition (APC), powered by Investment One is a Pan-African creative platform dedicated to celebrating Africa's identity, stories, and culture through the art of photography . Since its launch in 2020 as the Nigeria Photography Competition, the initiative has grown into one of Africa's most anticipated photography platforms
The 2026 edition marks the 4th edition of the competition, expanding to three participant categories: Amateur, Student, and Professional. Entries are open to photographers across Africa. The competition is sponsored by Investment One.
The theme for the African photography competition is “Unseen Africa”
